KB and its partners work in collaboration to reduce new HIV infections and vulnerabilities among Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Adolescent Girls and Young Women through the following four entry points taking them from vulnerability to resilience:

ACCESS: Ensuring that Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Adolescent Girls and Young Women receive comprehensive services that will improves their lives.

PREVENTION: Ensuring that Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Adolescent Girls and Young Women gain an increase perception of their health, risks and strengths.

RESPONSE: Ensuring that all rendered services are comprehensive, layered and have a high impact on Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Adolescent Girls and Young Women.

SYSTEMS STRENGTHENING: Commitment to work with the Government of Lesotho through different Government Ministries, civil society, international organizations and other stakeholders to respond to the issues of Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Adolescent Girls and Young Women through a multi-sectoral approach.
